The AGID home page. The cursor moves over the Data-at-a-Glance link in the middle of the home page. In the following tutorial we will take an in-depth look at the Data-at-a-Glance section of the system. Data-at-a-Glance provides analysis of single data elements for all of AGID’s state-level databases. It is a tool for exploring the various databases and for producing quick tables and geographical representations of key data elements.

For this tutorial, we will look at the State Program Reports.
The Data-at-a-Glance (SPR) page. The default page for a data set shows the most recent years for all states for a selected data element. For State Program Reports, the default data element is the total of all services for clients.

The data in the main area of the page then changes depending on which option was clicked. In addition to states, maps can also be viewed by AoA regions, Census Regions, and the U.S. Divisions.

"Clients" is expanded then "Totals" is expanded to show "All Services", "Registered Services", and "Unregistered Services" links. A list of all data is available in the Data Elements section. Click the plus icons to expand a group to see the available elements.
